DELIVERY INFORMATION
When will my order ship?
Dirobi has its own in house shipping, so orders are packaged and shipped by 2:00 PM MST most business days. If we run out of stock off an item, we may still collect orders and ship them in the order they arrived as we get more inventory, usually in 2-5 weeks. If this is the case, we'll change the product listing to clearly state this. All products are shipped in a box or padded envelope to minimize potential breakage during shipping.
Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes! When your order ships the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in a shipment confirmation e-mail.
What if the tracking number says it was delivered but I don't have it?
If the tracking information says "package delivered" but you have not yet received it, please contact your local post office with the package tracking number. Some packages are marked delivered but do not arrive for another 24-48 hours, when they are actually delivered. If, after 48 hours, they are unable to find your package please contact us at support@dirobi.com and we will make sure the problem is solved.
What is the cost of your shipping?
For United States orders: We charge $4.83 for all orders under $50 USD. All orders over $50 are free.
For Canada orders: We use United States Postal Service First-Class Package International. Rates depend on the size and weight of the order, so they will be determined during checkout. No wholesale orders may be shipped into Canada at this time, only products for personal use.
What if I'm unhappy with my order?
We have a “60 day, empty bottle guarantee.” If for any reason you are unhappy with our product, simply call, chat with, or email us within 60 days of your purchase and we’ll take it from there!
