Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Dirobi product for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund. No need to ship the product back. Empty bottle, half-full bottle, broken bottle — doesn't matter. If it didn't work for you, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@dirobi.com or call 1-888-665-7769 (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Mountain time) within 60 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll process the refund and you can keep, donate, or discard the product as you wish.

When you'll receive your refund

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your request, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at support@dirobi.com with photos. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Subscription orders

If you're on a Subscribe & Save plan, the 60-day guarantee applies to each individual shipment. You can also cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal — no questions asked.
