How to change or cancel your subscription

Go to dirobi.com/account and sign in. We email you a code — there is no password to remember.
Open Subscriptions, then Manage.
From there you can:
- Skip your next order
- Change how often it arrives — anything from every 30 days to every few months
- Delay a delivery to a later date
- Swap to a different product, keeping your subscriber price
- Pause for as long as you like
- Cancel — no phone call, no hoops

Getting more than you can use?
