I am 71 yo, 5’4”, and was 175 lbs. now, 150. I basically was Intermittent Fasting/ate a large salad with protein and low carb GF crackers in the afternoon. Drink a quart of coffee in the am w/half-half/stevia and iced tea during the day. Was a very busy 3 months and active. Might have a cup of soup later or organic decaf coffee in the evenings with a keto snack.

I feel better and do not feel bloated or weighed down. Since I started taking the “Eat Anything”!

Mimi's Miracle Tumeric is a great supplement. My husband and I take it daily with our multivitamin. It has so many great benefits including helping with oxidative stress, supports skin health and as well as brain health and mood. It also really helps with preventing inflammation during workouts or other daily physical activities. I highly recommend this supplement to support overall wellness.

I am a physician myself and have experienced IBS-D for 40+ years. I have seen GI and none of those meds or supplements helped. I did notice more cramps and diarrhea with watermelon, peaches etc and learned xylose isomerase would be the answer. Besides I have some degree of lactose intolerance. The ingredients are perfect. I now take one capsule before each meal. I have to confess sometimes I forget to take it before lunch. Instead of having unpredictable diarrhea occurring once or twice every 1-2 days , I now have formed stools twice daily. This has been stable over the last 3 years, The concern/ worry on traveling is gone and that’s why I say Eat Anything is a game changer for me.
My only concern is that if there is not enough market for it the production would stop. I am sure there are tons of IBS-D sufferers out there and that’s why am strongly recommending this product to you all. I buy in bulk (three 120 capsule bottles) and also look at discount code on line. I spent just less than $1 daily.

I followed the plan twice now for about 2 weeks each time and every time I dropped about 6 to 8 lbs in the first 1.5 to 2 weeks...the drops really do help with hunger and to fight sugar cravings!
Yet twice now, something in life happens to knock off my routine or schedule... and I forget to take them and then next thing I know I'm snacking and then forget to follow the diet plan... ugh! I love the drops though... I recently bought them again and am on my Third Start... hopefully THIS time will REALLY be the charm!!

I know this brand to be one of the best. I am happy to have found it on this site and will be repeat ordering.

I love the Greens and Reds superfood. It's perfect for me as busy mom. I love that I can drink it and know I've gotten a good foundation of nutrients from fruits and vegetables and then anything else is an added bonus. I feel like it helps keep me going and gives me good energy. It's also nice that some of my kids like it too!
